PESHAWAR: Seven killed, including six members of a family, and two injured on late Monday when a petty dispute between two minors led to a firing exchange between elders in the tribal area of Mara Soraizai.
The police reported that a dispute between two minors, which is yet to be disclosed, led to a serious brawl when the elders, identified as Mohibullah and Noorullah, became the part of the dispute.
After the children’s dispute, Noorullah along with his accomplices reached the Mohibullah’s place and opened fire and killed at least seven people on the spot. The deceased include Rahatullah, Inayat, and Mohibullah himself.
The firing by Noorullah’s accomplices also led to a death of their own family member.
Reportedly, two persons were wounded during the incident and were shifted to a local hospital. According to the doctors, the two are in a critical situation.
