has ordered for removing the terrorism related claus
es from the Barrister Fahad murder case and referred the case to the Sessions Judge for trial. The Barrister Fahad murder case came up for hearing before
theATC Islamabad on Wednesday. The court accepted the plea for removing terrorism claus
es from the case and sent the case to the Sessions Judge for trial. The accused Raja Arshid and Noman Khokhar had filed a petition in the court seeking the removal of terrorism related claus
es from the case. The accused will be pre
sented before the Sessions Judge West at the next hearing.
